Our Thai Massage is like no other. Experience this rejuvenating practice that resets your mind, body and spirit through the lens of Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Marma Therapy, Cranial-Sacral assists and holds, Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Therapy.
Thai Yoga Massage sessions work with passive range of motion, joint mobilization, tractioning, and special massage techniques to relieve lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain, ankle and knee pain, and more.

Your session, your way. Unless requested, no supine or prone positioning - only side-lying and semi-reclined (depending on trimester and comfort of client).
Pre-Natal Massage can be a wonderful opportunity to calm the mind and provide support for your everchanging form. Alleviate lower back pain, ease neck and shoulder tension, release tightness in the legs and pelvis, all in a nurturing setting filled with natural daylight.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a hands-on soft tissue manipulation which uses a holistic approach to healing trauma and disruption within the interconnectedness of the physical and emotional layers.
CST has been useful in treatment of several conditions, including improving sleep, reducing anxiety, balancing hormones, addressing symptoms of concussion, relief from chronic pain, and decreased occurrence of migraines and tension headaches.
Your CST session can be 60 or 90 minutes.

Craniosacral Therapy

Enjoy the best of both worlds in this luxurious 90-min or 120-min therapy appointment. Relax and enjoy the healing capability of craniosacral therapy, while integrating acupressure, sound therapy, and Ayurvedic marmatherapy.

Our Somatic sessions are unique in approach. Your first session will always be about establishing safety - not only between your body and mind, but also allowing you to establish a connection with your practitioner. Only then will your body begin to feel it has a voice again, and only then will you begin to discover the mysteries that have been locked away within your body's seven belts of tension.

Subsequent sessions will continue to develop these relationships, while establishing internal and external resources, safe breathwork and guided meditation practices, and how to approach our physiological symptoms that we experience when we are consciously, or subconsciously, triggered.
