Hi! My name is Crystal. For years I've dreamed of having a facility that supports womxn through a trauma sensitive and trauma informed lens. Being a trauma survivor of sexual abuse, I understand firsthand how our traumas get stuck and live within the soft tissue of the body. I understand the imbalances and swings in and out of triggered states. I understand the common tendencies of dissociation and avoidance.
