Tanya is guided to use different hands-on healing techniques to help bring her clients into balance with mind body and sould, with a deeper more relaxed healing approach. Tanya allows each personal treatment to take its own rhythm and flow allowing clients to release day-to-day stress and stored trauma that your body may be holding on to. Tanya may use techniques such as meditation, ASMR, and breathwork that her clients feel comfortable with.
