Hello! My name is Crystal, and I've been working towards a dream of opening a women's healing center that felt safe, and welcoming, for all who entered. My intention is to provide a variety of approaches and modalities to assist women in feeling nourished, comforted, and honoured; both inside and out.

 

My specialty is working from a trauma respectful approach, with an intention of allowing safety and ease to be welcome in our sessions. I will continually aim to provide a safe container where you feel heard, you feel seen, and you feel wholeheartedly welcomed.
